Customisable Heavy-Duty Support

Primacare can manufacture porter chairs to any required size and action type, tailored to individual care needs. The model shown here is a 40-stone heavy leg lift porter chair (with a 20-stone leg lift) and a generous 30″ seat width.

The chair and its wheels are engineered to support the occupant in a static position, while the portering function is intended for moving the chair itself without the user seated. Due to the high weight capacity, it would be impractical for two carers to move a 40-stone occupant manually.

For added mobility, an optional electrically powered 5th wheel can be fitted to assist in safely portering heavy users, combining strength, safety, and adaptability in one specialised care chair.
